We were looking for a new plumber because our old plumber retired , our neighbor had suggested Jetters & Snakes because he has used them for years . Jeff and Andrew came out quoted me a reasonable price for the job. Explained the difference between hydro jetting and snaking the drain which I decided to have them hydro jet our patio drains and the drain leading to the curb and did a fantastic job and cleaned up the mess. Going to have them install a tankless water heater next week. 10 stars for this company

Our patio drains were backed up with the heavy storms we had . I looked on Yelp and found Jetters & Snakes I gave them a call and they had a service tech in the area and as soon as he was done he would call when he was on his way . About 1 hour later Jeff the owner called and said their service tech is on his way and should be there in 30 minutes ,As soon as the tech got to my house it started pouring down rain and the service tech came in and put booties on his feet so he would not dirty our carpet , He went out our patio door and was out in the pouring rain for at least 15 minutes and came back in and said " No problem " quoted me a price which was very reasonable and asked if there was a lock on our gate so he could start work. He didn't want to bring the machines into our house and did not mind if he had to go out of his way to start the work. He started and about 1 hour had pulled up tree roots and other objects . He suggested that he run a video camera down the line to see what else was in the drain . We agreed with the price of the video camera and viewed that our sons must have put down the drain plastic army men , super balls and other toys down the drain Our sons now are moved out and going to college. The service tech suggested to hydro jet the drains around our pool then hydro jet the drain pipe that goes to the city curb . We did declined, and the service tech warned us that if dirt , mud goes down the drain it more then likely will back up. Again my husband and I declined and thought what was done would work because the drain seem to us was flowing 100 % . The service tech wrote up a invoice and we paid him and he left .
BOY WE WERE WRONG!!! About 6 hours later a storm came through with the heavies rain I have ever seen and with in 1 hour the hill side mud came down and made a complete mess and stopped up the drains and water was almost coming up to our sliding glass door . In a frantic I called Jetters & Snakes back and spoked to Jeff and told him what happened . He said someone would be out in 1 hour (Its now 9 pm) a service tech made it out in 45 minutes went to the side yard gate and started work . He had the drain opened in 15 minutes . If he would have taken maybe a 15 minutes more the water would have came through our sliding glass door and caused a flood in our house. The service tech said that he again suggest to hydro jet the lines which my husband and I agreed.
The service tech worked in the pouring rain and also worked until 3am to make sure the drains were draining at 100 % . He said he would be back in the morning around 9 am to finish , he was back with another worker at 830am and cleaned the entire patio and front of my house where the mud was . After they were done he gave us the invoice we paid him . We tried to tip them for the outstanding service they gave us which they would not take. I asked them can I call the owner to tell him what a great job they did and he said " Thank you I am the owner" which to our surprise was Jeff. This company went above and beyond
