What to do before we arrive...

 

If your sewer is backing up into your shower or your bathtub/toilet are overflowing:

 

STOP USING THE DRAINS IN YOUR HOME !!!

If you know you have access to the main sewer line in front of your home, please follow these instructions:

 

1. Loosen the cap slowly

2. Let the water come out onto your lawn or flower beds. This will prevent water from overflowing through your toilet and/or bathtub.
